This could be due to one or more issues:
- If you participated in a Benchmark using an alternative piece of equipment, your results will display under the icon of the alternative equipment you used.
- You or your studio accidentally selecting the wrong name when your challenge results were entered into the Challenge Tracker app. If you participated in the Challenge within the last 45 days, please submit a ticket through the app and we will be happy to correct the challenge results for you. Unfortunately, we are unable to change Challenge result data for challenges that have occurred more than 45 days ago.
