HOW DO I FIX THE "PERMISSIONS DENIED" DIALOG THAT I GET WHEN SELECTING THE ATTACHMENT OPTION WHEN CREATING A SUPPORT TICKET
FollowIf users are prompted with the "Permissions Denied" dialog when attempting to attach a file to an App Support Ticket, they can go to the app settings (usually long-pressing the app icon will have a shortcut to this) and select “Permissions.” From this screen, the user can toggle on the "Storage" permissions.
